- Add water ASAP: Our flowers arrive pre-cut and ready for water—place them in clean, fresh water as soon as possible.
- Keep water clean: Change the water every 1–2 days.
- Remove extra leaves: Take off any leaves that would sit below the waterline.
- Refresh the cut (if needed): Trim stems slightly at an angle if they’ve been out of water for a while.
- Choose the right spot: Keep flowers away from direct sunlight, heat, and drafts.
- Don’t wet the petals: Avoid spraying or getting petals wet—moisture can make flowers wilt or deteriorate faster.
Simple boost (optional): Add a small splash of lemon juice or a pinch of sugar to the water.
Cool overnight tip: If possible, keep arrangements in a cool space overnight for longer-lasting blooms.

Because our products are custom and perishable, our policy is that all sales are final once an order is created. However, we do allow cancellations with a fee depending on how far in advance they are made:
- 3 or more days before the scheduled date: 30% cancellation fee
- 2 days before the scheduled date: 50% cancellation fee
- Within 48 hours of the scheduled date: non-refundable

1. Farm
Ecuador + Premium Growers
We receive fresh flowers frequently from Ecuador and trusted farms, selected for strong stems, vibrant color, and long vase life.
2) Hydration + Stem Prep
Every stem is re-cut (~1 inch) upon arrival to open the cells for better water absorption, then placed into clean, sanitized buckets.
3) Conditioning in Fresh Water
Buckets are filled with fresh water and a floral conditioning solution to support hydration and freshness from the start.
4) Order Received
Once your order comes in, we review your selection, notes, and delivery/pickup details to make sure everything is accurate.
5) Artisan Design + Handcrafted Build
Your arrangement is designed by hand—balanced, layered, and finished with intentional detail for a high-end look.
